Antoine Le Poac is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in alternative investment funds devoted to impact investing, microfinance and other social impact projects.
Antoine is fully dedicated to microfinance and social impact projects and advises specific domestic and international clients of the impact investing sector on the corporate and regulatory aspects of the creation, structuring and operation of microfinance investment funds and social impact funds. He also provides legal advice for non-profit organisations and technical assistance programs.
He gained a valuable first experience over several years advising asset managers and management companies on structuring and operating open-ended investment funds and UCITS in particular.
Antoine holds a Master’s degree in private law from Sciences Po Paris (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris) and has also studied economics at the Universidad del Pacífico, Lima, Peru.
