Miryam Lassalle is a Counsel in the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Area where she assists and advises local and foreign economic actors dealing with insurance, reinsurance and pension scheme matters in and from Luxembourg.

She advises on regulatory and contractual issues including the licensing process and European passport, including in the context of Brexit, insurance distribution, outsourcing, asset management and custody, the review of policy documents as well as mergers and acquisitions of insurance entities.

Miryam has more than 15 years’ experience as an attorney in Paris and Luxembourg and as an in-house legal advisor within Luxembourg life insurance undertakings belonging to French and UK Groups.

Her in-house legal background enables her to provide comprehensive and pragmatic solutions.

Miryam holds a Master's Degree in business law from the University of Paris IX Dauphine (France), and a Licence of Economy with Banking, Finance and Assurance majors from the University of Angers (France).

She is member of the Paris Bar.
