Christine Kröger is a Counsel in the Fund Formation practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She advises clients on all legal and regulatory matters pertaining to the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operations of alternative investments funds and their managers (AIFMs), with a focus on private equity, real estate, debt, infrastructure and venture capital investment vehicles.

Previously, Christine worked in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach. There she advised international and domestic companies as well as private equity and real estate funds in the fields of company law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Christine is a German-qualified lawyer and passed the first and second state examinations in Düsseldorf (Germany). 

She is a member of both the Hamm (Germany) and Luxembourg Bars.

In addition, Christine holds a Master’s degree from France.
