Senior Associate

Betty Kizimalé-Grant is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She specialises in corporate law, advising national and multinational companies on the negotiation, structuring, implementation and financing of mergers and acquisitions, on joint ventures and other corporate reorganisations as well as on corporate governance matters in general.

She joined Arendt & Medernach in 2013 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since September 2015.

Betty holds a Master's degree in European Business Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France), as well as a Master of Laws degree (Magister des deutschen Rechts) and a Master of European and International Business Laws degree (Magister des europäischen (und internationalen) Wirtschaftsrechts) from the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München (Germany).
