Paul Hoffmann is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.

He specialises in the structuring, set-up and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds and their managers (AIFMs) with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, debt and real estate funds. Furthermore, Paul gathered significant experience in assisting with downstream transactional investment structuring and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Paul is actively involved with the LPEA, the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and a member of its technical sub-committee, LPEA Legal – Young Private Equity Leaders.

Paul joined Arendt & Medernach in 2016 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.

Paul holds a Master’s degree in business law from Université Panthéon - Sorbonne (France), a Master’s degree in wealth management from Université Paris – Dauphine (France) as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University (New York - 2020).
