Senior Associate

Claudia Hoffmann is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in investment fund work, advising clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of structuring and creating investment funds (regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds (AIFs)) with a particular focus on real estate, hedge and debt strategies. In addition, she also specialises in derivative transactions and related legal aspects.

She has been a member of the Koblenz Bar (Germany) since 2012 and has been admitted by the Luxembourg Bar to practice in Luxembourg under her German professional title.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in February 2012, she worked for a German law firm as well as an intern in well-known law firms in Paris and Brussels.

Ms Hoffmann is a German qualified lawyer who studied law in Trier (Germany) and Bordeaux (France). She holds the German first (2008) and second (2011) state exam in law as well as a Master’s degree in international law from the Université Montesquieu (Bordeaux, France).
