Charles Heisbourg is a Senior Associate in both the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices of Arendt & Medernach where he specialises in corporate law, capital markets law and general commercial law. He advises local entrepreneurs, family businesses, major commercial companies, financial institutions and private equity houses on legal strategy, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, buy-outs, complex reorganisations and governance matters.
