Magali Hardy Belon is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in investment fund related matters, advising clients on the structuring, creation, organisation and marketing of investment funds, investment companies and management companies.

She has been a member of the Versailles Bar since 2000.

Before joining Arendt & Medernach, Magali worked for the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French financial markets regulator) for 9 years. She also worked as Senior Counsel in a French depositary bank and for a French asset manager.

Magali holds a Master’s degree in business and tax law from the University of Paris XI Sceaux (France), and an advanced Master's degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Poitiers (France).
