Alexandre Gobert is a Counsel in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Clients practices of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in corporate law, transactional business law, in general, and private wealth management.

He advises major international and domestic companies in structuring and financing international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, refinancings and bankruptcy issues, as well as structuring of private wealth for both domestic and international high net worth individuals and families.

Alexandre has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2002.

Alexandre holds a Master's degree in business law as well as a DEA degree in private law (DEA droit privé) from the Université Robert Schuman de Strasbourg (France).

He acts as a non-executive board member in several companies.

He has been a lecturer in company law at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce for many years.
