Senior Associate

Georg is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach where he advises international companies, private equity and real estate funds in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex international corporate restructurings, corporate finance and transactional business law.

From 2016 to 2017, he was located in the London office of Arendt & Medernach, where he advised mainly clients from the United Kingdom on corporate law, corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and on the impact of Brexit.

Georg has been a member of the Frankfurt am Main Bar (Germany) and the Luxembourg Bar since 2013 and joined Arendt & Medernach in the same year. Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach he trained at a leading US firm in Paris (France) and Milan (Italy).

Georg studied law at the University of Potsdam (Germany), University of Bologna (Italy) and at the Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main (Germany). He holds the first (2010) and second (2012) German state exam in law as well as a master’s degree (LL.M.) in American Law, from the Boston University (USA) with a specialisation in International Business Practice (2013).
