Senior Associate

Thomas Evans is a Senior Associate in the EU & Competition Law practice of Arendt & Medernach where he advises on competition law, State aid and EU regulatory matters (including energy, telecommunications, media and transport). He regularly represents clients in dealing with national and EU competition and regulatory authorities and in litigation before national and EU courts.

Thomas is a lawyer qualified in Luxembourg and in England and Wales.

Prior to joining Arendt in 2015, he worked for several years in the competition and regulatory department of a leading British law firm in London and Brussels and as Legal Assistant (référendaire) for a judge at the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg. In the latter position, he handled cases involving competition law, State aid, international trade, intellectual property and sanctions.

Thomas studied law at Nottingham Law School and BPP Law School in London and obtained a History BA degree from Warwick University.
