Jan
Dobrzensky
Counsel
Jan Dobrzensky is a Counsel in both the Private Equity & Real Estate and the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practices of Arendt & Medernach, where he advises international or domestic companies as well as private equity and real estate funds in the fields of company law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Jan has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2005 and of the Luxembourg Bar since 2012.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, he worked for 6 years in the Paris offices of the French Law firm Bernard-Hertz-Bejot, the English law firm Norton Rose LLP and the Canadian law firm Heenan Blaikie LLP.
Jan holds a business law degree from the Université Paris X-Nanterre (France) and Texas Tech University School of Law (USA) as well a postgraduate degree (DESS) in European Business Law and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in History and Anthropology from the Université Paris X-Nanterre (France).
