Fiona de Watazzi is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises domestic and international clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, organisation, restructuring and day-to-day management of investment fund managers and investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS, liquid AIFs and semi-liquid AIFs investing in private assets.
She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the New York Bar, and is admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales.
She is a member of several working groups of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), in particular with respect to performance fees and money market funds.
Fiona holds a Bachelor’s in English Law and French Law (LL.B.) from the University of Exeter (UK), as well as a Master’s in European Law from the Université de Rennes I (France).
