Senior Associate

Alexandra Clouté is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach. She advises on the national and international tax aspects of private equity transactions and international real estate investments, as well as the structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds.

Alexandra also advises clients on issues arising out of the implementation of and need for ongoing compliance with the automatic exchange of information regulations (e.g. FATCA and CRS).

She is a member of the Paris Bar and has been admitted to practice in Luxembourg under her French professional title. She started her career in 2012 as a trainee within the tax departments of a multinational and several international law firms in Paris.

Alexandra holds a Master's degree in business and tax law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) as well as a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in international taxation from the New York University (USA). She was a lecturer in tax law at the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France) in 2012-2013
