Berck
Counsel
Nathalie Berck is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises fund sponsors and managers on the structuring, negotiation, formation and operation of alternative investment funds and related acquisition structures. Her practice involves both regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, focusing on the asset classes of real estate, private equity and debt.
She is also active in the field of UCITS.
She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar, and was also a member of the Brussels Bar (Belgium) until 2013.
Nathalie Berck holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Université de Liège (Belgium).
Languages: English, French, Spanish, knowledge of Dutch.
