Counsel, Head of Office

Gregory Beltrame is a Counsel in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach and Head of the Paris Office. He specialises in the structuring of international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and group restructuring matters, securities regulations as well as banking and finance matters.

He also works in the investment funds area, advising domestic and international clients on the corporate and regulatory aspects of creating, structuring and operating regulated or unregulated investment fund vehicles.

Gregory is a member of the Luxembourg and Paris Bars.

He previously worked for several years as a lawyer for major international firms in Paris, Luxembourg and the U.S. He was seconded to the New York office of Loyens & Loeff for two years where he co-represented the Luxembourg corporate practice as a senior associate and provided advice to U.S., Canadian and South American clients in corporate law, corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and real estate.

Gregory holds a Master’s degree in law from the Université Paris X Nanterre. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and International Management from HEC Paris.

Languages: English, French, Italian, knowledge of German.
