Yongliang

Yang Yongliang’s work ranges from photography, installation, painting and video. Born in Shanghai in 1981, he studied traditional Chinese art at an early age.

The landscapes he creates are composed of numerous photographs of skyscrapers, motorways and avenues. Using this method, the artist delicately shows how technical progress changed the Chinese landscape.
