Ola
Kolehmainen

Born in Helsinki in 1964, Ola Kolehmainen works and lives in Berlin. With an unrestrained love for minimalism, he concentrates strictly on what is essential in space, light and structures, leaving aside everything he perceives as unnecessary - as ‘visual noise’.

Through large quantities of repeated elements in single forms and materials, pure and visually cleaned, he produced a new multidimensional image of reality in order to transmit to the viewer his own cathartic experience of space.
