Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment (UCI)

This coordinated version includes amendments introduced by the law of 23 December 2022 on the State revenue and expenditure budget for the 2023 financial year, the Luxembourg official journal_.

"UCI" means undertaking for collective investment.

"UCITS" means undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities subject to Directive 2009/65/EC_.
