Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) specifying criteria to identify categories of staff whose professional activities have a material impact on an institution’s risk profile (the so-called “material risk takers”) as well as the types of instruments that can be used for paying bonuses have just been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
