As part of this conversion the law firm Arendt & Medernach ("the Firm") transferred to Arendt & Medernach SA the entirety of its business and assets and Arendt & Medernach SA assumed all of the liabilities and commitments of the Firm. All related documents, records, confidential or privileged information and intellectual property have been transferred to Arendt & Medernach SA and the Firm has ceased to operate.
