"A new type of seminar will be held today, on 26 November, in the Arendt House Auditorium. It will form part of theArendt Intelligence Seminars Series, which is intended to provide integrated global solutions related to various legal matters.

Luxembourg law experts in investment funds, private equity, real estate, tax, banking and insurance together with French and German law experts will share their views on new opportunities for Luxembourg and how to structure alternative investment funds in a global environment.

This exercise in community and industry building aims at spreading our expertise beyond the country’s borders and providing a broader view of Luxembourg’s ecosystem and know-how.

We want to focus on topics that our clients are confronted with today and will also be faced with tomorrow by looking at the strategies and the products that will be important within the next 12 to 18 months. This is a forward-looking and practice-oriented exercise launched in order to determine a roadmap for the near future.

It is our clear intention to stimulate debate and discussion.
