We are delighted to announce the forthcoming conference in the midis de l'entreprise series which will take place on Thursday 8 December in the Arendt House auditorium on the subject of:

Reform of parental leave: how much room do employers have to manœuvre?

Discover what impact this reform will have on employers and which practical tools are available to them in the face of the increased flexibility of parental leave.

The law on the reform of parental leave should enter into force on 1 December of this year. It will introduce greater flexibility for the various types of parental leave, which should result in an increase in the amount of applications made for leave. The law however provides for a certain number of safeguards for employers which we propose to examine at this conference.

Speakers:

Philippe Schmit, Partner in Employment Law, Pensions, Benefits

Céline Ollier, Senior Associate in Employment Law, Pensions, Benefits
