Our seminar will focus on the new German tax rules applying to Luxembourg investment funds in relation to their German investors and German investments and illustrate the impacts under the German Investment Tax Reform 2018.
In particular our seminar will focus on:
- UCITS: how your investors will be impacted, what fund documentation needs to change, how will Luxembourg investment funds' reporting obligations be going forward?
- AIFs: which AIF product remains attractive, does the German Investment Tax Reform 2018 influence the way you structure your Luxembourg investment funds, how to achieve (tax) transparency for your investors and what documents need to be amended?
- to-do's in 2017: investor needs, fund documentation, certain transition rules.
