Our Partner Claude Niedner will be a speaker on the workshop "Update on AIFMD implementation" where the following topics will be discussed:
- the third country passport is not (yet) available;
- private placement into the EU is( becoming more) difficult;
- reverse solicitation presents challenges;
this workshop will provide an overview of marketing and alternate structuring solutions for third country (US) managers, including third party AIFM solutions, parallel funds and master/feeder solutions. In addition, they will discuss how managers are dealing with the AIFMD requirements.
