Our Projects & Solutions team is in charge of managing the firm's cross-functional projects. To ensure a seamless working environment in all areas, the team centralises the management of our various internal projects, ensuring that projects and any changes to them are in line with Arendt's overall strategy, and co-ordinating the implementation of solutions to improve continuously the services we provide to our customers.
The team is also responsible for the implementation and ongoing enhancement of business applications, including practice management, customer relationship management, GED and other platforms
The key objectives of our team are to:
- Prioritise projects according to the firm strategy,
- Analyse business needs, identify possible solutions and facilitate decision-making.
- Co-ordinate all activities in connection with the implementation of business applications and any necessary changes.
