We are delighted to invite you to the forthcoming conference in the midi de l’entreprise series which will take place in the Arendt House auditorium on Wednesday 28 March 2018 on the theme of “The national register of beneficial owners: Entrepreneurs, you are also concerned!”
Entrepreneurs are also impacted by the bill of law implementing the 4th anti-money laundering directive which institutes a Central Register of beneficial owners (REBECO) with the objective of conserving and making available information on their beneficial owners.
The objective of this midi de l’entreprise is to present the scope of this Register, the related obligations for entrepreneurs as well as the (criminal) sanctions in the event of a failure to notify.
