Administrative Assistant Intern

To be based in our Luxembourg office (Kirchberg), we are looking for an :


Administrative Assistant Intern


Your role:

  • Helping the Personal assistants / Team assistants in their daily tasks:
  • Calendar management : organisation of internal and external meetings, conference calls, etc;
  • Preparation of Business Trips;
  • Document management : mail, sending of documents (per registered mail, DHL, …), filing, archiving;
  • Assistance in the preparation of documents : PowerPoint presentation, formatting letters, reports, expense reports;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Helping on business tasks : matter creation, time sheet recording, drafting and reviewing of legal documents.


Your profile:

  • You are student in secretarial studies and are looking for an internship as part of your studies;
  • You are recognised for your organisation and rigour and are able to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player;
  • You speak French and have a good command of English. German would be considered an asset.
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
