Junior Officer – Corporate Services
Arendt Investor Services, which is the investor services’ arm of Arendt, the largest law firm in Luxembourg, is regulated by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF – Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) and operates under the status of Professional of Financial Sector (“PSF”).
Arendt Investor Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies
Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated:
Junior Officer – Corporate Services
Your role:
- Knowledge of basic applicable laws and relevant articles in relation to the corporate secretarial services that we render;
- Preparing legal documentation relating to standard corporate administration (such as the approval of the annual accounts, transfer of seat, change of managers-directors etc.);
- Updating registers (shares, PECs, CPECs etc.);
- Drafting board and/or shareholder’s resolutions/minutes based on templates in relation to the main corporate events of the company;
- Handling the day-to-day operations of companies and responding to clients’ requests;
- Liaising with banks, Luxembourg administration, notary, ministry of foreign affairs;
- Ability to handle day-to-day requests under the supervision of a more senior corporate officer.
Your profile:
- You have successfully passed an academic degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in law;
- You are fluent in English, French or German are considered an asset;
- You are seen as rigorous, proactive with good communication skills;
- You like working within a team and daily challenges.
