Senior Advisory – Investment Funds Distribution


Your Role:
• Assisting and advising promoters in the analysis of their distribution model to anticipate the different ways of marketing their funds and the potential regulatory hurdles.
• Having a solid understanding of the current and upcoming regulations and operational models related to Fund Distribution.
• Conducting assessment study based on the investment strategy of the fund and manager expertise and track record as well as the target market in each of the countries envisaged.
• Advising clients on distribution licenses, authorized marketing activities, existing pre-marketing and reverse solicitation rules in various countries.
• Maintaining active communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Preparation of memorandum / client facing (calls/meetings).
• Collecting data / market intelligence.
• Participating to internal training and coaching on distribution matters.


Your profile:
• You hold at least a bachelor ideally in Business Administration, Economy or Law;
• You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Luxembourg fund industry;
• You have a strong knowledge in investment fund regulations;
• You have a strong understanding of topics around Fund Distribution;
• You possess a strong analytical and synthetic mind;
• You have good writing skills;
• You are fluent in both written and oral in French and English. German will be considered as an advantage;
• You are dedicated to work in a fast growing environment;
• You are seen as a proactive, very reactive, well organized and rigorous person;
• You are flexible, have good communication skills and you are definitely team oriented.
