Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory & consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.
The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).
Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:
Manager – Governance Services (m/f)
Our team of Governance Services experts, supports the entire board lifecycle from convening the meetings, coordinating with all the stakeholders to collect supporting documents, attending meetings and taking minutes until assuring the proper follow-up of action items, in line with regulations and best corporate governance practices.
Your role:
- Managing a complex portfolio of clients with all aspects of company and fund legislation;
- Coordinating, preparing and attending complex board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points;
- Coordinating shareholders’ meetings;
- Monitoring of all other corporate events;
- Reviewing complex legal documentation with critical analysis;
- Monitoring the team’s workload;
- Providing guidance and leading other team members to develop new skills or knowledge that will enhance their work;
- Monitoring budgets and profitability as well as billability of team members;
- Providing a timely and quality delivery of services to clients;
- Giving guidance to clients as to good corporate governance proceedings.
Your profile:
- You are graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Finance (minimum Bachelor);
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Luxembourg in a similar position;
- You have a strong understanding of Luxembourg fund industry and its actors and a strong knowledge of the main Luxembourg laws and regulations in that field;
- You are fluent in English. German will be considered an advantage;
- You are well organized, rigorous and dynamic;
- You are able to show proactivity and good communication skills;
- You are able to find solutions to complex technical issues;
- You are able to motivate and coach team members.
