Junior Accountant – Finance Department

The experts at AIS and Arendt AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:
Junior Accountant
Your role:
- Bookkeeping supplier invoices in the accounting system;
- Managing and following internal approval with internal managers;
- Bookkeeping all financial movements to update on a daily basis the aged trial balance (debtors and creditors):
- Manage the file of accruals and deferred charges;
- Manage the file of amortization related with Capex;
- Participation in monthly and annual closings;
- Maintenance of specific files / specific analyses (leasing cost, off balance sheet);
- Participation in the preparation of internal and external audit;
- Verification and numbering of accounting documents;
- Mail management, filing and archiving.
Your profile:
- You have a higher education degree (Bac+2/3 or Graduate) in general accounting under LUXGAAP norm;
- Rigorous and methodical, you can work independently or in a team;
- You have good communication, reporting and documentation skills and can take charge of a project from its study to its completion;
- You have a good command of the usual computer tools, particularly Excel;
- You are fluent in French and have a good written and oral understanding of English;
