Constanze Jacobs is Head of Arendt’s representative office in Frankfurt.
She specialises in investment funds and asset management. She provides guidance to investors and asset managers on the Luxembourg legal, regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of structuring investment funds, companies and other financial products, as well as legal requirements during the product life cycle.
Constanze coordinates Arendt’s initiatives on the German market.

- She is a member of the Cologne Bar (Germany)
- She served as a member of the supervisory board of a German alternative investment manager and regularly takes on speaking engagements at conferences within the financial industry
Prior to joining Arendt again, Constanze held various management and advisory positions related to funds and financial services with asset managers and banks in Düsseldorf and Wiesbaden, Germany. Constanze previously worked at Arendt from 2005 to 2010 in the same specialist areas.
She was also seconded to Arendt’s New York office from 2008 to 2010, providing her with sound international experience.
