Conference In Luxembourg - UCITS IV - Adoption of Level 2 measures - 6/07/2010
The European Commission is expected to adopt Level 2 implementing measures of the UCITS IV Directive by 30 June 2010. The efficiency and consolidation measures of the UCITS IV package address a number of regulatory and compliance issues which players in Luxembourg will need to take into account very quickly.
