Sara Gerling is a senior associate in the Bank Lending, Structured Finance Practice where she specialises in asset financing and structured finance as well as in securitisation.
She has been a member of the Cologne Bar (Germany) since 2006 and has been admitted in the same year by the Luxembourg Bar to practise in Luxembourg under her German professional title.
Sara Gerling holds the German first and second state exam in law as well as a postgraduate degree in business law (DESS droit des affaires) and a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise (DJCE) from the Université de Poitiers (France).
